Withdraw Card

All Lodge 6011 Members who are leaving the Company and wish to request a Withdrawal Card must pay $10.00 (2 months Out of Work Dues $5.00 per month x 2 = $10.00) in order to maintain a good standing with the TCU Grand Lodge and avoid paying a $400 reinstatement fee upon return.
